How do you make the world’s best automated cannabis trimmer even better? We found a way.
We've dedicated ourselves to the continuous improvement of our products. Our R&D lab and machine shop are constantly designing and re-designing upgrades and improvements to the M108; that’s our normal! But with the recent release of significant design iterations across multiple components, the jump was so large that it warranted a new name for our cornerstone product. We are proud to introduce to you the Mobius Trimmer M108S. There is a laundry list of improvements that make the machine more efficient, user-friendly, and easier to clean, but what earned the M108 an ‘S’ is a completely re-designed lid with new SpringPack Technology.
While the M108 required operators to accurately tension the tumbler themselves by pumping the lid piston to a certain PSI, the M108S uses our next-generation SpringPack Technology to lock the tumbler in place, automatically providing accurate and consistent tension the entire time it is in use. This spring technology helps eliminate any possibility of user error which could lead to tumbler damage or inconsistently trimmed product. It also speeds up installation and removal of the tumbler, decreasing downtime during a hot swap. Our newly designed Spring Jack Tool is the key to quickly achieving ideal and consistent tumbler tension. When it comes time to remove the tumbler, this tool compresses and releases spring tension in the lid, unlocking the tumbler from its position and allowing it to be removed. Monitoring air pressure in the lid piston is no longer necessary.
Like the M108, the new M108S still features the unique TriFlex Blade System, the Integrated Separation System, and the AirThread Tension Tumbler.
